Looks good Roy, I wonder if/when it might occur over here and if NHS would do it or maybe private?

A bit of hope for those in years to come, research is a great thing.

Treatments refinements like this invariably spread abroad, so depending on proven success likely to be adopted in the UK in due course. It does of course add some complication to the operation.

as always an interesting article. I am sure surgical techniques will continue to evolve and signifiantly improve the prospects of full EF and continence as well as preserving life itself.

It is becoming increasingy obvious to the medical world that whilst saving a life is number one priority the quality of that life is also critical.
