The University of Texas/SanAntonio had this article accepted and published in the "Journal of the American Cancer Institute."  The link to the article is attached PLUS a calculator, updated in 2014, to determine the chance of having prostate cancer.  These links are below:

Thanks

Copied the links to browser. it seems I only had 5% chance of high grade (in my case G8). The Oxford links confirms I'm one of the under 20% with a low PSA ( in my case at first test 4.6) yet have cancer.

Tried it
Race Caucasian
Age 56
PSA Level 15.0 ng/ml
Family History of Prostate Cancer No
Digital Rectal Examination Normal
Prior Prostate Biopsy Past negative biopsy

11% chance of high-grade prostate cancer,
16% chance of low-grade cancer,
73% chance that the biopsy is negative for cancer.

I am surprised that it comes out so low as 26% chance of cancer with a PSA of 15. The Oxford link wasn't much use as it said that it didn't cover PSA levels over 9
