Has anyone had or know if anyone is able to get the new break through treatment for prostate Ailanthone.

Your first step would be to check with your consultant on whether you would be a suitable patient and meet the criteria for the trial if you were proposing to be treated in the UK and if so be referred by your consultant. Naturally, those conducting the study don't want to be inundated by men who may not be suitable and for whom another form of treatment would be more appropriate.
