HT can certainly have some nasty side effects for some men. I'm sure those who have already experienced HT will be along to give your their help.
You can also approach the nurses on this site for reassurance and advice. Their number it at the top of the page.
Every man is different when it comes to treatment and it is very hard for him and his family to understand just what has happened to them, to make any sense of it all.
Where we can we offer advice but what we always think we do best is offer a listening ear when it all gets too much.
If you go to Publications you can look (~or download) at the Toolkit where I believe there is a section on HT.
