First PSA following 4 weeks of Radiotherapy

6 1/2 weeks ago I completed 20 sessions of Radiotherapy the side effects I tolerated very well. Today at 10.00 am I had my first PSA test since March when it was recorded at 9.2 At 6.00 this evening I had a call from my Radiologists to say PSA was undetectable at less than 0.1. Needles to say absolutely delighted that's another milestone in this journey achieved as I'm well aware it's not over yet! The speed and fantastic service I've experienced from the NHS this year has been phenomenal. I couldn't have asked for better.
If you don't know where you're going any road will take you there!

Hi MisterB

What great news, you must be so pleased.

I echo your feelings about the NHS as they have been marvellous with me as well.

Long may the PSA stay at this level so now relax and continue to enjoy life.

Thanks for sharing as it's always nice to enjoy someone's good news.

All the very best.
