Every day I feel at some point divorce is the only answer but I feel guilty because he is about to go through chemotherapy

I can't help you to decide whether or not it is okay to leave but if you are deeply unhappy or at risk, then you should not allow his illness to be the only reason you stay.

Hi Rose, my wife left me 6 months into my PC journey. If your husband still loves you leaving him will be the worst torture you could ever inflict on him - worse than the cancer..

But as Lyn says if he truly deserves it then it's not your problem but waiting 44 years until now seems like poor timing..
