xteam, this is a very brief reply - sorry. Can you just confirm whether your PSA was 26, 2.6 or 0.26?

Your PSA doesn't rule out PCa but it would be unusual will such a low figure. However, in the circumstances and bearing in mind your history, in your position I would press for a thorough investigation. There may be some simple reason for what you are experiencing but it could be more involved. Best not to speculate until investigation done and diagnosis made.

Hello xteamjc and welcome.

PSA would seem low for cancer but as Barry says in needs investigating given the other symptoms.

There should not be any blood in the semen (unless it follows biopsy etc) so that at the very least needs looking into.

Please get it seen to. On the other hand do not assume that all of these symptoms are definitely cancer.
No point looking for trouble or worrying un-necessarily about what MIGHT be.

Keep us posted on what happens.

There are many on here who will give advice once we know what the situation is.

All the best

Similar situation to me fella ! I would be even less worried if I had your (extremely low) PSA result !  I am willing to bet that you are over-focussing on the 'tailbone pain" too !
