Yesterday I left a message with one of the nurses on this site as I have an MRI tomorrow and my urologist was away so didnt have anyone to ask what it's about.
I left a message and got phoned back today by a nurse called Ali and have to say she was amazing, we talked for ages and was extremely informative, understanding and very, very knowledgeable.
Can not praise her high enough, was expecting to be put through to someone else to register my satisfaction but we, unfortunately, lost connection.
It's comforting to know that there are some wonderful professionals to talk to when we have questions.
