All posts require moderation

Hi everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our online community platform which means ALL posts (including replies) currently require moderation before they appear on the site.

We are working to fix the issue but in the interim please bear with us as your replies to posts will not appear automatically and will need to be approved by a moderator before they display.

Your post has not been lost and there is no need to re-post your message. It will appear once approved by one of the moderating team.

There was a little problem Julie.
When you replied to a post you'd get a message that your posting had to be modified or your post appeared to disappear. They are trying to sort it out.

Hope this will be sorted soon. At present, an original poster already awaiting moderation doesn't know for a further time if he/she has had any replies. (These could be stacked up awaiting moderation or there may be none.) Also, it means that members don't see for a time how others have responded, thereby increasing the possibility of essentially repeating a similar reply and additionally the delay means members are not able to pick up/comment on a reply because it is still in the pipeline.

The (UK) times posted now seem ahead by 1 hour ?

as at 13/3/2017

Is this intentional ?

Hi robgsr,

The server configuration is set up for United States. The USA moved to Daylight Savings time yesterday on the 12 March. So once we move to Daylight savings time on Sunday 26 March the issue will be rectified.

So we will have a two week period when the times are out by an hour.

Hi everyone,

The issue with all posts requiring moderation has been resolved today. So replies to existing posts are now appearing automatically on the community.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing a new issue with new posts giving a page not found error on submission of your post. Your post does appear on the community so you do not need to repost your message. We are working on resolving this bug.
