First session of Docetaxel is this normal

My husband started chemotherapy with Docetaxel last Thursday 15th he was fine the first three days except for signs of oral thrush . All went smoothly at the first infusion but the last four days he is quite frail, lots of sneezing like a heavy cold but temperature normal. So I’m wondering if this is typical I can phone the nurses at the unit but with no high temperature it doesn’t fit with any of the symptoms of likely infection. Don’t really want to waste their time . Thoughts? Experiences preferably first hand experiences . Thanks

If you are at all concerned phone the treatment helpline. You won’t be wasting their time - I was told that repeatedly when I was on Docetaxel. Explain the symptoms as clearly as you can. You can then be advised and reassured if there is nothing wrong or be told what to do if there is.

All the best

Dave
