74 years old PSA 6.3 acceptable on some sites for age ecography mildly enlarged 32.2 ml BUT free PSA 0.05. What next MRI? CAT? PREFER not to have invasive procedure.

Hi Jubliano, Welcome to the site. Assume you have had an ultrasound ? I was 35cc and had MRI which located my lesions, then biopsy which gave the Gleason score which indicates the treatment path. I had Radiotherapy and Hormone Therapy which gave good results.

PCUK have some excellent guides to diagnosis, treatment etc. Download or by post. Go to the 'Information' tab on the toolbar above, 'Our Publications.' The 'Toolkit' is useful.

Was the free PSA result 0.05% or 0.05ng/ml?

And it will be useful to know approximately where you live
