After a tricky start including managing to catch a virus which was doing the rounds, sore throat, horrendous cough etc but not a raised temperature thankfully, my husband got the good news that his PSA has dropped from 14 to 3.6 so the lack of appetite, fatigue, hair loss was worth it. So onwards and upwards!
However I do feel that my husband has diminished in some way not as feisty as normal but his fragility has brought us closer. All I hope is the chemotherapy is worthwhile I know it is palliative not curative it is a brutal regime but we’ll stick with it .
