Ido, the Doc. tells me I need to take a sample in for lab test, as it might be infection (again). I will do that I will find a small bottle this time not a jam jar like last time. "We only need half a test tube" said the receptionist, well, I said you have got half a jam jar instead :-)

You may already know this if you are having frequent infections , but getting a clean urine sample is not as simple as it sounds. Contamination from the hands or penis is a frequent source.  Samples for labs are often sent in red top containers that contain a stabilizer and need to be almost full. Apparently dipping a urine sample will also contaminate the sample.

Thanks Chris, I will go and get a proper sample container, the burning is OK at the moment, it comes and goes.
