Severe invicorp shortage!?

User
Posted 18 Nov 2021 at 16:31

Hi,

I've had reason to use out of date Invicorp (by about 6/8 weeks). It worked its magic, but for only about 2 hours instead of the usual 4 hours (for me). I was of the mind to throw the batch away, but I just thought I'd try it to check on its expired efficacy. It may be worth trying....just to see if it has any 'juice' left in them....

Hey,

Yes my invicorp pack of 10 came through,

I personally wouldnt mind using expired invicorp if

available.

Invicorp erection never lasts more than about 90/120 mins anyway max for me.

Oh and they're out of stock already!!!!

No where available again...

I don't get wtf is wrong with them!!!!

good for you angerto  I hope you enjoy Invicorp  the shortage is actually due to Invicorp being used to treat Covid19

They're using their syringes for vaccines. But that shortage finished. Now it's a distribution issue apparently on the ksdt update I got directly from them....

Tbh caverject does give a better more intense erection! The only problem is it feels like somebody is constantly smashing my manhood with a baseball bat. I'm just in agony, invicorp on the other hand never any pain....

John put in his repeat prescription request last Thursday and has collected 10 injections this morning so Lloyds pharmacy don't seem to have any stock problems

It seems to be back with the usual suspects now..

I think the first dump must have been people panic buying lol plus huge demand after so long.

I sincerely hope they remain in stock. I don't like buying 20 plus to store for a rainy day in one go as quite expensive.

Not easily at all really to be honest,  it's too much rigmarole. I pay 95 for 5 injections. Or 180 per 10.

What's the rate available to you?

Or anyone else for that reason...?

4 injections per month, free of charge on NHS prescription. But I forgot that you don't have prostate cancer; are you under the care of a specialist ED nurse or andrology clinic?

Yes tha

That's correct, I went private to explore solutions. Cost a wedge to get the required appointments and referrals etc. Before been given my initial private prescriptions. Now I can buy  but full price. Although some places are slightly cheaper than others.

Sorry missed this thread and have just posted a new thread about cost titled 'Invicorp supply/cost'

I've just bought from Boots (the cheapest I've found). The more you buy the cheaper they are. I've just paid £290 for 28 so approximately £10 per dose

I'm very lucky.  My GP prescribes 10 per month.

I am jealous. My GP gave me 5 ampules and rejected my request to repeat the prescription monthly. How do you convince your GP?

User

Go dokter online and fill in form etc tehh have answer as you already have had prescription they will sell you,

Click dont inform your gp option and so yourself when you can.

Same would work on treated too.

Main thing is you have had prescription and been shown how to use it safely

Anyway not saying it's the correct thing to do but we shouldn't be held to whims and fancies of Gp's after they have already prescribed it and it worked and you had no problem with it.

1. Find out what your local NHS Trust/ CCG stance is on the prescribing of injections for ED

2. Find out whether your local NHS Trust offers an ED nurse/ andrology clinic and if so, get a referral.

Your ability to have sex should not be down to a GP stressing about their budget

OK, odd question this, but one that worries me a little.

I had anal cancer as well as prostate cancer, and the anal cancer was dealt with (apparently successfully, but I refuse to get ahead of myself there!) by APR surgery and creation of a permanent stoma.

Now that I'm off Prostap for my prostate, and the testosterone is returning, I'm getting frisky again, but my penis' response is pretty pathetic. So I tried viagra a couple of times, and got some response, but not really anything to write home about...

The problem with the viagra was that when I went to change my stoma bag that evening I found almost as much of an erection in my stoma as I'd managed in my penis.

Obviously I worry about a prolapse of my stoma, anyone else with a stoma used medicines to address ED without an adverse effect on the stoma?

I can't think of another member here who has ever mentioned having a stoma. I would give the PCUK nurses a call and see what they think / whether they have ever come across this.

It has begun again! Had a good run of almost month and a bit before out of stock!!

User
Posted 17 Jan 2022 at 22:48

I picked up some today.  My pharmacist told me they ordered extra so that I'm never caught out again.  They've two more boxes in the fridge for me for next month.  It's a village pharmacy and I'm the only one who uses it
