The Life on ADT educational programme is a free 1.5hour session during which you and a loved one (we encourage them to join too) will:
Learn about the side effects of hormone therapy
Learn how to manage the side effects
Complete goal setting exercises
Meet others in the same boat as you
After the class you will be sent a free copy of the book Androgen Deprivation Therapy: An essential guide for prostate cancer patients and their families
