Great to hear that your PSA is undetectable. Like others have said try and follow up on obtaining a pump, I found it a great help. Mine was issued 6 months post op and so hopefully something will be arranged soon.
The tiredness also takes a while to pass but it will come, the body’s been through a big trauma and it’s hard to get back up to speed with day to day life but you will get there.
