Dear fellow travellers
Recently we have experienced the loss of far too many fine men, it has been a tragic time on the forum.
Today though I have some good news and wanted to share it.
Our first grandchild was born yesterday, on my birthday. She is Dakota Jane and weighed in at nearly 8lbs, which was a surprise. She was born on her due date and that means she is in the one percent of people who do that, so a star is born xx
Mother and baby are doing well, John and I are over the moon.
As Topgun would say "Life is for Living" and this new baby reminds me that this is true.
Not sure if I can share a picture on here, but let's just say, she is beautiful.
