Enzalutamide Petition

User
Posted 22 Oct 2014 at 20:46

https://you.38degrees.org.uk/petitions/advanced-prostate-cancer-drug-enzalutamide-after-the-use-of-abiraterone

Above is a petition against N.H.S England's refusal to prescribe Enzalutamide to patients who have had Abiraterone. I would ask all to sign please.

Allister this should also include N.I. in this but I don't know how to do it.

there is a high probability that if you have had long term success with Abiraterone then Enzalutamide will not work. I had zero success with Abby and was taken off it after a few months. There is no clinical data to support the NICE decision and my own oncologist is frustrated that it can't be given to men like me who may well benefit. Only actually taking the drug will prove the point http://community.prostatecanceruk.org/editors/tiny_mce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-yell.gif
