Just thought I'd share this with you, as it gave me a much-needed laugh at a very stressful time.
My husband was diagnosed in early September with advanced, metastatic Pca. No, that's not the funny bit. But he has bee accumulating all the papers, letters, booklets etc to do with his illness in a cardboard folder that lies around on side tables or sometimes on the floor. The file is now at least an inch thick, and the other day he tripped over it as it lay by his chair and almost fell right over. I had to laugh at this new complication of his illness - we've been warned about all sorts of symptoms and effects of the cancer and the treatment, but breaking a limb by falling over the vast heap of associated documentation was not one we had foreseen.
