Hello my husband has advanced prostrate cancer chemo did not agree with him so the oncologist has put him on Xtandi. I wondered if anybody knows somebody else who is on it thanks

Hi Prosseco, I have been on Xtandi and Zytiga  in a clinical trial for 4 months .It has brought my PSA down from 124 to 0.8 with no side effects.So seems all good at the moment. Hope this helps.

Hi

 

My husband is on Enzalutamide also following unsuccessful chemo. PSA is down to 0.06, which is the lowest ever and with few side effects. Here's hoping it works for a long time yet and also that yet more wonder drugs are licenced. You can refer to my profile for his progress.
