MSK have refreshed their nomograms if anybody is interested. There is also a doubling time calculator.

Important to remember though that Memorial Sloan-Kettering is in the USA and so the nomograms are slightly over-optimistic for UK men. It won't affect the doubling time calculator but it does affect the outcomes predictions.
