My dad is on HT with 3 monthly injections and tablets. He is delighted that his PSA is now down to 1.8, but I have had this is not a guarantee of the cancer being under control. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Hopefully it means the treatment, which he has now been on for 18 months, is working but I know everything is not always as it seems.
