The sooner the better. I suffer infections which are regarded as a occupational hazard of self catherising and I currently do it three times a day so a new coating which reduced the risk of infection would be great. Personally I don't have problems inserting or removing and rarely have a bleed or damage but I know some find the process a lot harder. If they need someone to trial it in England!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
