Hi we are off to see the surgeon next week to try and decide what we do next. My OH was diagnosed in 2013 with low risk PC however the results of his PSA tests do not reflect the biopsy, his gleason has risen from 3+3 to 3+4 PSA 0.1 the hospital have offered Brachyotherapy but the only way to test if it has worked is via the PSA (we have been told) they are calling it a false negative so we are unsure what to do. Will have more idea next week however has anybody else been in this situation? They have said if the Gleason rises higher they will not be able to offer it in the future
