So yesterday I got my Psa result, now just over 2 yrs. since my RRP it was <0.01 so, good news. Today I saw the lovely Wendy my e/d nurse, she was full of admiration for my 90/95% erection, no, no, she didn't actually view it, it was just me talking across the desk as usual, but she was pleased with my progress.

Now having passed the 2yr,point since my op.instead of psa's every 3 months they will now be every 6 months for the next 3yrs, so that's good, as well as that I will only see the lovely Wendy one more time, and that will be in 6 months, also not the usual 3 months, so I think that is good as well, though I will I expect, miss our little liasons. Having passed the 2 yr milestone I am to be handed back to be the responsibility of my local GP, not sure if that is quite such good news, but probably is. So all in all quite a fun packed couple of days, Best wishes to all, Diesel. Not forgetting Gran Lyn x

hi all, its been just over two years now since my op, and I can't believe how quickly its gone by, I do think I've been fortunate to have had it relatively easy compared to some on this forum, and my NHS consultants and specialist nurses have been excellent, when I read some of your experiences with yours, in other parts of the country it sounds pretty bad.
Its good to hear from country boy Dave, he was one of the first for me on here ,and a few months ahead of me with his recovery, good also to hear Rivertweed is at last getting results, can't believe you've had to wait 18 month. to see your e/d nurse, in that time I would have seen mine 6 times, its just not right.
Now then young Lyn, who is this young whipersnapper 'Pablito' that you mention,it seems I have a love rival, this may have to be settled with a pissup oops, pistols at dawn, unless you can redeem yourself , and pretty quick to.Don't feel too bad about being a Granny, you're now eligeable for the grab a granny dances every Thurs at your local club, something to look forward to for you, so its not all bad.
Well thanks again to you all Mo, Nikon, Johsan, and of course Pablito. Diesel. & my Bezzie Lynn xx

Hi Diesel,

Congratulations on your progress. 2 years is a big anniversary, actually any additional year, month, day even, is all good.

Good for you.

Hi Diesel

wow now you are really rocking it, Grandma Lyn will be impressed I suspect.

Your meetings with Wendy may be drawing to a close but I bet you will think of her often!

I wish you all the very best in your continued recovery

I am not yet ready to be a gran - I prefer to tell people that my husband is a grandad. Obviously I was a child bride but even so, it is a shock to the system.

Diesel, great stuff my friend .... I might come round to yours rather than Pablito's (unless you too are a grandad?) - I wonder whether the lovely Wendy knows the lovely Zoe?

Hi Diesel,

Well Done with your results, it must be a really nice feeling to pass the two year mark with such good results.

Long may this continue.

Enjoy.

Top news Diesel, you have given me hope and inspiration!

I'm 18 mths behind you but hope to follow in your footsteps.

Our progress is causing a positive stir, with everything now starting to point in the right direction. I'll need to think about whether i give my address out :-))

For the record I'm not a Granddad!

Hi Diesel

Many congratulations on your excellent PSA results (same for me so far) also your 90/95% (only about 50% maybe 60% sometimes for me so far). However, like you I am still alive!

Wishing you all the best.
