SpaceOAR gel

Does anyone have any information about this gel being used to separate prostate from rectum during radiation treatment

If this is available in UK?

Only information can find is a trial at The London Clinic

Also a biodegradable balloon used for the same thing

I expect you've already looked on the web. There was a bit on there but I couldn't see anything for the UK either

There was a full page article Daily Express 3 months ago. Not being used yet but trialing it. It stops so much radiation hitting the bowel apparently , so they can use more at the prostate whilst minimising the risk of bowel problems in later life. As with anything it may take time to fully take off.
