They are still "snagging" at the moment but they shouldn't have a problem.

He's a professional builder and a fussy worker so I assume he/they know they need a certificate.

I'll have to ask if my son comes tomorrow.  He's being driven mad by a slipped disc at the moment so I'll have to make sure I ask tactfully !

I admit I am a terrible hoarder and always think that something will come in useful.  Couldn't even contemplate moving. !

Brave man Nidge about the cleaning comment, there's a lot of ladies on here.
Good Yorkshire humour though.

A day ! A DAY! are you mad?

Mind you, having said that perhaps your wife is more efficient than me and once the rooms are empty it makes it easier.

Good luck Mrs Nidge, I'm sure you other half will be a great help haha

On our last house move I and my 30 year old son cleaned the house in a little under an hour and on the premise that the incoming new lady of the house would want to clean it all again anyway.

Of course I told my wife we had spent hours doing the cleaning and we never heard anything untoward from the buyers!

Good luck with the move Nidge

Good luck with the move Nidge...

I'm sure it will be worth all the hassle and disruption in the end.
