Hi,

It's a Boy!

My son's wife gave birth to their first baby at 3.29 this afternoon. 

My second grandchild, I'm so proud, I feel like crying.  A wonderful moment in our lives.

Couldn't sleep last night, might not be able to sleep tonight either.  I'm going to celebrate.

my nightly hot flushs are less frequent, not sure if this due to the chemo or tamsulosin, nightly trips to loo have not changed much in frequency since taking tamsulosin

biggest issue is the sleep 4-5 hours max then wide awake, even this sleep is interrupted by loo visits
