Good to see that Enzalutamide will probably now be prescribable. However, thanks to the Cancer Drugs Fund, I've been on Abiraterone for over two years so far in exactly the circumstances suggested for use of Enzalutamide. How barmy is that? The drug has been used for lots of people in my circumstances and works. Not everyone gains at least two years as I have, some gain less, some more, I imagine. With the cost offered to be dropped to £2300, there seems to me to be every reason for it to be on an equivalent prescribing basis to Enzalutamide. The sooner, the better!
