New test for PCa

Can't remember seeing anything about this on this forum but I could have missed it.  Dogs can apparently sniff out cancers in people pretty well but this test uses sensors to sniff out PCa in urine.  It will be interesting to see if trials bear out early promise. :-  http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3442166/New-prostate-cancer-test-smells-disease-urine-spare-men-invasive-procedures-save-lives.html

Hi Barry, that would be good if it becomes routine testing but just lately there have been a couple of other "new" test becoming available one day.

Is there anything on PCUK site or cancer research site news feeds that gives any indication as to if/when new forms of testing may come into being? Is there anyone that knows anything concrete even if it has not set yet?

I wait in anticipation for scene to enlighten us.

Regards Chris/Woody
