O.H. had HDR brachy in August 2014 when his psa was 22. His Gleason was 3+4:7 with no mets or spread. He had 6 months HT before anything else ,which was ok .The HDR treatment took one night in Hospital and three weeks of follow up radiotherapy. No HT afterwards. Since then he has had only slight flow problem ,treated by Tamulosin which he gave up a few weeks later.
