2.5 years since i finished adjuvent RT and three years since my RP my latest PSA test has come in at a very welcome new personal best of 0.01 so continues on a downward spiral. I've put my results as I remember them for anyone new. See the oncol in another year but she agreed to a 6 month test for peace of mind.

PSA

Dx Oct 12 - 22

Post RP Mar 13 - 0.06

June 13 - 0.066

July 13 - 0.087

RT Aug/Sept

Mar 14 - 0.048

Sept 14 - 0.038

March 15 - 0.028

Sept 15 -0.02

March 16 0.01

Chris , I'm just pleased for anyone who has good results, such as you and Brian. It gives me something to aim for.

As you know I'm taking the slow and steady route. Don't want to rush things. Taking my time. Perhaps then one day I can join the 0.1 and lower club !

Good luck to each and everyone of us trying to survive this most unwelcome situation we've found ourselves in.

And thanks too to the folk behind us too for their support throughout the battle.

Cheers everyone...its a strange disease as it's taken 2.5 years to reach my new nadir following adjuvent RT. Others have achieved this within a couple of months...oh well c'est la vie.
The oncol wouldn't say I am in remission yet which I understand, I also share Lyns view to some degree about whether anyone is ever cured. But it's good news for me and means I can get on with other stuff before my next test.

Si I will still be here mate and we will catch up soon

Kev I haven't forgot about that beer once you have completed your epic challenge...

Cheers folks
