This is too late for us post op guys but may be the way to go in the future for suitable candidates, I do not think it is that new and I do not know if it is even available in the UK. It is a promotional animated video and there are a couple of interesting bits about nerves and erections. Actual footage videos are also available.

Yes too late but medicine is always advancing , and I expect eventually treatment will be available that preserves EF without compromising cancer eradication. It's bad enough having cancer without having to lose one of life's key pleasures on top !!
