Personally I wouldn't do either.
Setting to one side who the article is about you see an underlying story of a chap who had a diagnosis, researched the condition, and decided to do several things to try and treat the condition. Note the "series of other things" in the last sentence.
Every patient, and every cancer is unique. If there was one single fix there would be no charity, no forum?
It seems like the only evidence is a chap still walking around, who could have healed anyway. We should keep open minds and be happy for him.

Hi Guys
It states clearly he had HIFU which will kill the cancer if caught early enough. The rest of the article?, I couldn't possible comment.
