Penile Prosthesis Implant (PPI) operation

Hi everyone!

I am in Canada and new to this site. I am here hoping to find discussions about Penile Prosthesis Implant (PPI) operation as a treatment for ED, but surprised that I cannot find any.

Other websites (not linked to a prostate cancer-specific organization like this) generally favour the operation, so I am considering it. But I am also very apprehensive, as once it's done I don't think I'll be able to revert to using the vacuum pump again for erection should I happen to be one of the minority who finds it unworkable.

Wondering if there'll be any response on this website? I'll be grateful!

Hi Alb, just put 'penile implant' into the search box and it will take you to the posts of men that have had the op or are considering the op.
