Just try it radar ! Viagra can be very effective but is more affected by fatty food and alcohol, so best taken on an empty stomach an hour before sex , but different for each person. Max dose is 100mg , so if 50 doesn't work then try this ( as long as doctor says you can ). Cialis is expensive and that is why many doctors don't prescribe it. I self funded for a while , and I'm glad I did. Just try it and let us know. We can help and guide but at the end of the day you have to go with your doctors advice. These tablets can cause congestion, headache , blurry vision , vicious indigestion etc.

I hope your HT holiday goes well. I'm sending you some StarWars ' force '

Viagra works for John but he has to take it 2-3 hours before sex - seems it works rather quicker for ChrisJ

One of the tricks is not to panic when it doesn't work straight away - panic is counter-productive to these meds as you have to be 'up for it' .... they don't work if you are tense or not really in the mood.

Men with ED as a result of prostate cancer or PCa treatment are entitled to 4 tablets per month although some GPs are a little more generous than that, especially with younger men. If the Viagra doesn't work, you could ask to try Levitra next month :-)

Radar, I'm no expert, but yours is the first case of which I've heard where a bloke on zoladex lost weight. Most of us gain it, then work and getting the surplus off, and then some to be the fitter to tackle this disease. I hope your blood test is helpful as it appears that you have effectively beaten the PCa. Seems like there may be something else going on. I would nag away at the experts until you find an answer.
Good Luck!

My John would insist on hurrying and not waiting the full hour which was irritating and not always successful. He has finally got his head round my nagging and will wait an hour, sometimes an hour and half and it is much better. i think he was panicking , thinking that the effects only lasted an hour.,

Obviously didn't read the leaflet !!
