urine in testicle?

I am waiting for a RARP and have a milde chronic infection in my prostate. in the last few weeks one testicle has been very sensitive and painful. It seems to slightly worse when I pee. It feels like the urine is somehow backing up into the testicle. Is this possible?

I suppose I should talk to the urologist but I'm not due to see him until my op.

Asked my local nurse, she thinks it's an infection. It should be cleared up for the RP. So off to the GP.

GP thinks it is an infection, maybe from the biopsy. Given antibiotics.
