My husband is 64 he has had his prostate removed 2014 then had RT due to PCa had spread a bit outside

He has had total urine incontinence since his operation he uses thick heavy duty pads 24/7

He is due to have an AUS fitted next week but is very worried

If you or a loved one has had an AUS fitted please could you share happy stories to help him (he has seen older posts on this)

He is very scared that it won't work so please could you tell us some happy outcomes to encourage him

TURP then LRP in 2009/2010. Lots of leakage but PSA < 0.1 AMS-800 Artificial Sphincter activated 2015.
