Pelvic lymphoceles

I had my prostrate removed on the 17 November 2016. For the first 2 months after the operation I was making good progress. I Have the usual issues of with ED and urinary incontinence. Unfortunately I have developed  lymphoceles in my groin which causes great pain if I walk for more than 10 minutes! I have now been fitted with a drain which has relieved the pain. I have had the drain in for 15 day and am still producing 200Ml a day of fluid. It has been as low as 160 Ml and as high as 300 Ml. It seems to produce more fluid the more active I am. There seems to be very little information about this condition and how best to deal with it. I think my surgeon is considering laparoscopic marsupialization as the next step if the drain doesn't work. Has anybody out there had a similar problem and if so how did you go on?
