pain after biopsy

hi all had a truss biopsy last Tuesday went well not pleasant but was over quick and well looked after a week later i still have pain in my pubic area everything else is ok , dipped my urine today and Hb is +4 Leu +2 and protein +1  plus i am belching a lot and have some dizzy spells anyone had these symptoms

Unlike previous two this time I had pain in grion and upset stomach for a good week but hardly any blood. I put pain down to prostate bruising (perhaps it would have been less if I had bled more) and stomach issues down to antibiotics.
