I don't think it is all antihistamines as they have been doing trials on antihistamine as part of a new PCa treatment. Some antihistamines may make urine retention more likely in men who have BPH - I think the sensible thing is to ask your pharmacist which one would be best. I can't say I have ever worried about it but I have Zirtek in this house as it has a different active ingredient to some of the others.
