My hub is seeing oncologist tomorrow with a view to starting enzolutamude, I'm worried about side effects for him as apart from tiredness and hot sweats he's very well and generally in good spirits. Our oncologist is very upbeat all the time but I am scared that we are coming to the end of our options after reading about the drug. Can anyone share their experience of the drug?

Just feeling a bit frightened of the unknown, 😢

Hello
I'm into my third year on Enzalutamide and psa is still around .06.
Bloods are fine.
Side effects are manageable.

Is your hub starting Enzalutamide as a first treatment or after other treatments?

4 weeks in to enzo and so far nothing too difficult to cope with, just hoping next week they tell me it's working.

Hi Paul he was on bicalutomide for about 18 months but PSA gone up from 1.8 gradually over last 3 months to 30 sonow trying enzolutomide, also 3 monthly prostap injections since diagnosis 3 and a half years ago.
