Hi bladerunner many thanks for this. My husband is about to start Chemo next week. It was severe back pain that he went to GP. PSA was over 1000 mets in almost every vertebrae and also lymph nodes. He has started on Zoladex which has brought his PSA down to 7.8. His pain has just about gone and he's come off all his pain killers so we are quite hopeful. You've encouraged me so thank you.
