Latest PSA reading concern

I had a robotic radical prostatectomy in 2015
Periodic PSA blood tests ever since have shown a level of <0.01
Latest test has shown a level of 0.01 ie.without the <
Is this anything to be concerned about ?

I wouldn't think that this is anything to be concerned about as normally anything below 0.1 is deemed to be undetectable and so 0.01 is nothing. My understanding is that the accepted guidelines are that a PSA of 0.2 is usually when further treatment is considered.
This might just be a typing error but even if the reading is accurate it is such a tiny variance as to be insignificant
