Finding myself asking a lot of these "what if" questions but we are awaiting dad's biopsy and scan results tomorrow so it's at the forefront of my mind.
What happens If it has spread to organs? What is the outlook?
Any replies are appreciated.
Thanks
Not much point in replying until you know the facts from the scan. Ask away then, but you'll probably have been given some treatment options by your Dad's oncologist to give you a basis for your queries.

Dad given diagnosis of Gleason 8 Grade 4. We don't know the details of this. Spread to lymph and some bone mets. No mention of organs being affected or spinal cord which is good. Have to wait now to speak with oncologist.
