The outcome of a recent trial with Apalutamide shows promise in delaying PCa metastasis:

It does look good. The side effect profile looks awful, but the drug is 'well tolerated', which I'm guessing means side effects aren't that common.

Also, certain forms of PCa are resistant.

And finally, it seems to be taken *as well as* HT, which is a shame.

But all in all, it's pretty good news, and as it's in 'preregistration' in the US, it's coming over the horizon at last!
