So does drinking that bottle of rose wine in my fridge maintain the status quo ?

Thanks Chris

Thanks for the link. In order to read the article it seems you have to sign up to the site and register as a practitioner. Or am I missing something?

Cheers

On my annual "well man" MOT check, the nurse usually advises me:
1. You need a little salt (I ditched salt almost entirely below 3g/day and BP really excellent now) or you may suffer cramp. Life is all about a balance!
2. You really should have 2 days a week without alcohol (I actually don't drink very much but really enjoy a glass of good red in the evening).

Well, the red wine can stay well and truly on the agenda as most references are positive enough in my view; a glass a day will do me nicely.

Cheers.

I do apologise Lyn, at the time I could not be bothered to find the é character on my android phone. I assumed every one would understand what I meant.

Thanks Chris

Full fat coke with a measure of vodka to kill some of the fizz, or gin and full fat tonic.

Thanks Chris
