End of enzalutamide?

Hi,

Been on enzalutamide for 10 months. Had several bone scans and after an initial additional spread last scan showed no further spread. However the PSA has been rising from the 20’s and looks like breaking the 100 mark! Have been told not to worry about it as the bone scan is clear. Iam guessing the enzalutamide is beginning not to work, hoped for a few more years on it.

Question- what happens next?

Anyone any experience or guidance for next appointment!

Thanks

Steven

Really sorry to see this Toast although the onco may want to stick with enzo for a fair while yet. They might also suggest chemo again since you stood it well last time or maybe Radium 223 (if you become symptomatic)
