Hormone treatment holiday

Hi, this is my first post, I was diagnosed with stage 4 Pca in November 2015 and had 6 rounds of docetaxel starting in the February 2016. My PSA was 68 and the cancer had spread to my lymph glands and pubic bone, during my treatment my PSA rapidly dropped to .8 but never lower. After my chemotherapy my PSA was 1.0 but I was fortunate in that my scans were clear Showing no signs of cancer! It has been 2 years now and through all that time my PSA has never dropped but stayed roughly the same. I’m 56 and very fit, still work and have no symptoms except those that come with the ADT and of late been wandering about taking a break from the treatment but found information hard to come by, my urologist was not very helpful and I was discharged by my oncologis, has anyone had experience of this. Thank you.

Thank you for the replies, getting good information so as to make educated decisions is more difficult than I expected.
