Hi again

Two weeks on from brachytherapy and, though I can experience an orgasm during sex, I cannot ejaculate.

Has anyone else had this problem?

If so, did it clear up?

Was the Brachytherapy HD or seed brachytherapy by the way.

It was permanent seed brachytherapy.

All treatments whether it be surgery , braccy, RT or HT lead to partial or total loss of ejaculation and ejaculate I’m afraid. I kind of really miss it. My wife doesn’t lol
